Travel Kit Form

Lisle Library Youth Services Staff will work hard to put together a fun and engaging selection of materials for your child based on the information you provide below. Please allow up to one week for preparations . Because we don’t want to bog you down with more books than you can carry, there is a limit of 15 books per travel kit.
